Our strategy sprints follow a Jobs to be Done (JTDB) framework. These are well suited to key inflection points in a companies evolution when having experienced operators work directly with them can jumpstart their next phase. Setting strategy, getting teams up to speed, evaluating product-market fit. The end result is an actionable strategy.
These are affectionally called F*cking Focus Sprints. We’ve all been in situations where there are too many options and the team doesn’t know where to focus. But fanatical focus is required, especially in the early stages of a company, in order to succeed to the point where it can scale. During these intensive sprints, we evaluate the pros and cons of various strategies, uncover insights and work with your team to create alignment on the path forward.
We follow a Google Ventures Design Sprint Model, modified to be more applicable to healthcare startups. These sprints are ideal for testing messaging, product design and user experience, prior to investing large amount of capital on a buildout.
We advise pre-seed to Series A startups, corporations and investors on strategy. For startups, we become your confidants, advisors, and sounding board for all strategic decisions. For larger companies, we provide insights into new market opportunities and work with internal teams to develop business model and test ideas quickly.
From ideation, market evaluation, product design and testing to launch, we work with entrepreneurs to create new companies from scratch. We launch 1-2 companies a year and stress test many more concepts.
